About the Role:

We're seeking a driven, independent and highly organised Estimator/Projects Administrator to support our project pipeline from quoting through to completion. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on workplace. You'll work closely with the Director, General Manager and site teams to help ensure projects are accurately costed, well-organised, and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret plans and specifications and prepare accurate Bill of Quantities
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability
- Assist with preparing tender submissions
- Assist with preparing contracts,



purchase orders, and job documentation
- Track project progress, variations, and timelines
- Support scheduling, procurement, and project reporting
- Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in estimating and/or project and tender administration (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret Civil and Landscape construction plans
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and estimating software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
