We're looking for someone who knows how government works and is confident being the name and voice of our projects. You don't need to be a career recruiter. You do need to be at ease with clients and candidates at every level and to deliver what you promise.

What you'll do

- Be the named contact on our recruitment campaigns, taking calls from candidates and clients
- Manage relationships with panel chairs and agency stakeholders, from entry-level staff to Senior Executives
- Keep projects on track against client timelines,



milestones and reporting requirements
- Project Manage government recruitment processes
- Contribute to quotes and proposals for recent work

What you'll bring

- Strong working knowledge of the APS: how agencies operate, how selection processes run, and what senior executives expect
- Confidence on the phone and in the room with senior people
- A record of delivering to deadlines and formal requirements
- Comfort with ambiguity and with situations where the answer isn't obvious
- Recruitment experience is welcome but not essential
