Client Experience Assistant – Brisbane

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a proactive Client Experience Assistant to assist our Client Experience Executives to deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners across our diverse portfolios within Brisbane:

In this role, you will be supported by a larger Operations team, Client Experience Executive team, Leasing team and Virtual Assistants, as well as have access to Stacey Holt membership for best practice advice.

You’ll handle end-to-end property management, while building solid relationships, providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Routine Inspections: Conduct timely property routine inspections.
- Entry & Exit Reports: Complete detailed entry and exit reports, and property condition assessments.
- Build strong relationships by liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues that arise.
- Carry out other related ad-hoc duties, and further associated tasks as required.





WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Our ideal candidate is a high-level communicator who is customer-centric, proactive, and has:

- Experience in property management operations.
- Holds a current Real Estate Certificate.
- Solutions-focused with a genuine care for residents and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Strong in communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
- A team player who works well with internal teams and external stakeholders while managing tasks independently.
