About the role The Client Fulfilment Manager takes over once a client has signed on, and is responsible for delivering a smooth, well-communicated experience from that point through to settlement. You'll be the operational backbone — coordinating between the client and our network of licensed partners to make sure everything happens when it should.

Key responsibilities

- Take ownership of each client file once they've been onboarded by the sales team
- Be the main point of contact for clients throughout their home ownership journey
- Liaise between clients, mortgage brokers, solicitors, conveyancers, agents and inspectors
- Collect and organise client documents and pass them on to the right partners at the right time
- Track finance applications, approvals, contract dates, valuations and settlement milestones
- Book inspections and valuations and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Keep CRM and Xero records accurate and up to date
- Explain each stage to clients in plain language and refer anything requiring advice to the appropriate licensed professional

About you





- Background in mortgage broking, conveyancing, legal or property support
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and/or Real Estate Practice (or equivalent experience)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files at once
- Comfortable liaising with a range of professionals and keeping everyone on the same page
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Xero experience an advantage
