About the Role
As a Client Services Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for client management including action plans, workflow, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
- Own the review of financial accounts and income tax returns, tax planning, budgets and forecasts, and analysis prepared by the junior team.
- Support the grow capability across the team through mentoring, development, training and on-the-job coaching.
About you
You’ll be a good fit for the Client Manager role if you are:
- Qualified CA/CPA and experienced hands-on Client Manager.
- A relationship-driven leader dedicated to building the capability and empowerment of your colleagues.
- An excellent communicator and comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Have 5+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting
