About ECCO Marketing
ECCO Marketing is a growing marketing consultancy and agency working with businesses across strategy, digital marketing, campaigns, content and partnerships.
We work closely with our clients to understand their business, identify the right marketing opportunities and bring together the right people, platforms and ideas to deliver them.
Our role goes beyond social media management — we act as an extension of our clients’ businesses, helping guide their marketing direction and coordinate execution across multiple channels.
We’re now looking for a confident and organised Client Marketing Coordinator to join the team and manage a portfolio of local and national clients.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Founder and wider ECCO team to coordinate client marketing activity from planning through to delivery.
This is a varied role spanning client management, marketing coordination, campaigns, digital marketing and content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and day-to-day communication
- Coordinate marketing plans, campaigns and digital activity
- Support the delivery of social media and content marketing
- Plan and coordinate content shoots and creative production
- Attend client meetings, shoots and activations across Wollongong and Sydney
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and external partners
- Manage timelines, approvals and campaign deliverables
- Support brand launches, partnerships and activations
- Manage client workflows and projects through Monday.com
- Work closely with the Founder on client strategy, campaign direction and growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, account coordination or a similar role
- Experience working directly with clients
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A broad understanding of marketing,
digital and social media
- Experience coordinating campaigns, content or creative projects
- Confidence managing multiple clients and priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for branding and content
- Ability to work independently within a small, fast-moving team
Experience using Monday.com is highly regarded, however training can be provided.
Working Arrangement
This is a full-time hybrid / work-from-home role.
The position is primarily remote, with client meetings, shoots, activations and team days across Wollongong and Sydney, with occasional interstate travel depending on client requirements.
Applicants should be based within reasonable travelling distance and will require a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
