/n The OpportunityAs a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting clients and stakeholders while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include: /n - Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
/n
- Conducting customer-focused collections activities for accounts in arrears
/n
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities
/n
- Updating customer accounts and database information
/n
- Assisting with weekly arrears reporting
/n
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
/n
- Providing solutions and support to customer queries in a professional manner
/n
/nAbout YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic and personable skilled who enjoys working with people and prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service.To be successful, you will ideally have:/n

- Previous experience in customer service, client services and/or collections
/n
- Strong telephone and relationship-building skills
/n
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
/n
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
/n
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
/n
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented mindset
/n
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
/n
