We're looking for a Client Services Officer to join our team and support Advisers and clients throughout the financial advice process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, building relationships, and delivering great customer service, and is looking to build a long-term career within financial planning.

While PictureWealth is a national business with over 200 employees across Australia and Croatia, our Adelaide office is a small, close-knit team where you'll work closely with experienced Advisers and support staff, gaining valuable exposure and development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting Advisers and clients throughout the financial advice journey
- Assisting with client onboarding and implementation of advice recommendations
- Preparing and processing client paperwork and applications
- Managing client enquiries and maintaining regular communication
- Liaising with product providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflows within XPLAN
- Supporting the team to deliver a seamless and professional client experience
- Learning and developing your knowledge of financial planning and advice

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, banking, insurance, superannuation,



financial planning or a similar environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Confidence using technology and learning recent systems
- A genuine interest in financial planning and helping clients achieve their goals

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience within financial planning or wealth management
- Experience using XPLAN
- RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning, or related studies
- Exposure to professional services or financial services environments
