Summit Tech is a Sydney web design and digital marketing agency. We build custom websites and run Google Ads and Meta Ads for Australian businesses. We’re a small team that moves quickly, and we’re hiring someone to be the main point of contact for our clients.

The role

You’ll look after our clients from the moment they sign on. That means keeping projects moving, keeping clients in the loop, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between them and our design, dev and marketing team.

- 4 days a week, around 20 hours total
- 1 day (8 hours) in our Sydney CBD office, 3 days from home
- Room to grow into full-time as you become comfortable

What you’ll do

- Be the day-to-day contact for clients by email, phone and video call
- Onboard new clients and collect what the team needs (content, logins, feedback)
- Turn client requests into clear briefs for our designers and developers
- Track website and marketing projects so deadlines are met
- Explain progress and results to clients in plain English
- Handle small content and design tweaks yourself where you can




- Spot when a client would benefit from another service and flag it

What you’ll bring

- 1–2 years in a client-facing role (agency experience is a big plus)
- Clear, friendly written and spoken communication
- A working understanding of how websites are built and updated
- Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
- Comfort with marketing basics: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, leads, conversions
- Organised, reliable, and fine working on your own from home

Nice to have

- Experience with Webflow or Framer
- Experience with a CRM or project management tool (Pipedrive, Asana)
