The nurses are booked weeks ahead, clients come back again and again, and the experience at the front desk is a big part of why. You'd be the one keeping the day running, from the first phone call to the rebooking on the way out.

Customer experience is everything here. That means making every client feel comfortable and looked after, and also being confident enough to hold the line on clinic policies like late cancellation fees, kindly but firmly.

The clinic also backs people who want to grow. Team members have come from beauty and moved on to bigger things here, and days can increase over time for the right person.

It fits a Gold Coast lifestyle. Saturdays are every second week and pay a higher rate, though every Saturday is on offer if you'd like it. Weekday shifts are standard daytime clinic hours and Saturdays finish early afternoon. There's parking on site, and the clinic is right on the light rail line between Broadbeach and Burleigh.

What you would be doing

- Welcoming clients and looking after them from arrival to checkout
- Managing bookings, the waitlist and cancellations
- Turning phone, email and Instagram enquiries into booked appointments




- Applying clinic policies such as cancellation fees with confidence and care
- Looking after treatment packages, gift vouchers and retail
- Keeping reception and the clinic presented to a high standard

The detail

- Permanent part time, with the chance to increase days over time
- Monday, Thursday, Friday and every second Saturday, or every Saturday if you prefer
- $35 per hour on weekdays, with a higher rate on Saturdays
- Daytime hours, with Saturdays finishing early afternoon
- Parking on site and an easy trip on the light rail

What you need

- Excellent customer service, with a friendly, warm manner that puts clients at ease
- The confidence to enforce clinic protocols when needed, without losing the warmth
- A solid work ethic and a proactive approach, so you spot what needs doing before you're asked
- Great attention to detail and the organisation to keep a busy diary running smoothly
- Experience in an aesthetics, skin or beauty clinic is preferred but not essential
- Availability for Monday, Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturdays
