About the role The Skin Bar is a fast-growing brand in skin health and beauty, expanding teams at busy Sydney locations. We're building teams of high-performing people who want to lead, grow and make a real difference to their clients' skin. Roles available include Clinic Manager, Senior Dermal Therapist / Clinician, and opportunities for Nurses looking for a career change into a skin-focused clinic.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, grow and make a real difference to clients' skin

- Deliver results-driven treatments and exceptional client outcomes
- For Clinic Manager roles: provide previous leadership or management experience
- For Senior Dermal Therapist / Clinician roles: deliver clinical services with a minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience
- For Nurses: transition into a skin-focused clinic environment

About you

- Qualified and experienced in your field, with a Diploma of Dermal Therapies, a nursing qualification (with cosmetic training preferred), or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience for Senior Dermal Therapist / Clinician roles

- Previous leadership or management experience for the Clinic Manager role

- Passionate about skin health,
