The company is commercialising the Felix device, a fully automated, non-invasive system that separates high-quality sperm within minutes to support healthier pregnancies and babies. Developed in partnership with leading fertility expert Professor John Aitken, Felix addresses inefficiencies and risks associated with traditional sperm preparation methods.

With global fertility rates declining and IVF use increasing, Memphasys operates in a rapidly expanding market and is targeting early access regions such as Japan, India, Canada, and Recent Zealand. The company is also exploring applications of its technology in animal reproduction, including equine, bovine, and ovine samples.

Role Description The Clinical and Client Success Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Homebush, NSW. This role oversees the clinical onboarding and ongoing support of IVF clinics and related customers using the Felix device, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant use in daily practice. The individual will coordinate implementation, provide training and education to clinical teams, and monitor usage data to identify opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries and issues,



supporting troubleshooting in partnership with technical teams, and gathering feedback to inform product enhancements. The role also involves developing client success plans, tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, R&D;, and quality/regulatory teams to drive adoption and long-term customer retention.

- Strong communication and presentation skills for training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across clinical and business teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, set priorities, and work collaboratively in a regulated and technical setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, biomedical science, or a related field; experience with medical devices is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic project management practices to support structured client onboarding and follow-up.
