Lead with expertise in Endoscopy nursing at QEII Hospital

Join the Endoscopy Unit at Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital as a Clinical Nurse. Use your specialist Gastroenterology and Endoscopy expertise to deliver exceptional patient care, provide clinical leadership and support education and quality improvement within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Your new role

Join the Endoscopy Unit at Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Working across diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and gastroenterology outpatient services, you will provide specialist clinical expertise, coordinate complex patient care and lead initiatives that support clinical excellence, education and continuous improvement.

- Provide advanced clinical assessment, care planning and coordination for patients requiring specialist Gastroenterology and Endoscopy care.
- Lead and support the nursing team through clinical decision-making, effective delegation, mentoring and role modelling.
- Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement initiatives, audits, research and compliance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
- Promote safe, evidence-based practice by identifying clinical risks, supporting service improvements and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

About You You are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong Gastroenterology and Endoscopy knowledge, advanced clinical skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes. You bring confidence in clinical decision-making, a collaborative approach to leadership and a commitment to supporting the development of others.





- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and demonstrated experience in a clinical Endoscopy role.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and procedural skills in Endoscopy nursing, including patient assessment, care planning and management of complex care needs.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate care and support the wider healthcare team.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical education, professional development and continuous quality improvement.
