Clinical Nurse - Mental Health Case Management

Clinical Nurse | Contract Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (NRG 6) for a contract opportunity within an Adult and Community Mental Health service.

This is an opportunity for a skilled Mental Health clinician to join a multidisciplinary team supporting adults within the community.

About the Role

You will be involved in:

- Adult Mental Health
- Community Mental Health
- Clinical assessment and care planning
- Case management
- Coordinating multidisciplinary care
- Supporting consumers within the community
- Monitoring and reviewing individual care plans
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support services

About You

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse with:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Recent Mental Health nursing experience
- Adult and/or Community Mental Health experience
- Robust clinical assessment and care-planning skills
- Case management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team

Contract Details

- Classification: NRG 6 - Clinical Nurse
- Start: ASAP




- Contract available until Ongoing
- Location: Central Queensland
