Coffee Machine Technician, Field Service (Sydney)

$70,000 to $80,000 + super, depending on experience | Fully maintained company vehicle | Monday to Friday

About us

Bravo Repairs is one of Sydney’s busiest coffee machine service businesses. We’re a team of around 25 who repair, refurbish, sell and service espresso machines, from a Breville on a kitchen bench to traditional and super-automatic commercial machines in cafés, offices and hospitality venues. We’re the NSW distributor for Evoca (Gaggia, Necta, Saeco) and work closely with Franke. Our commercial customer base is growing, and we need another technician on the road.

The role

You’ll be Bravo’s face in office. You’ll drive to cafés, offices and venues across Sydney and keep their machines running. Specifically, you will:

- Diagnose and repair traditional espresso machines, super-automatic (bean-to-cup) machines and grinders on-site
- Install and commission new machines, including water filtration and customer handover
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance under our service agreements
- Keep your van stocked and your parts usage recorded
- Log jobs, parts and time accurately in our job system
- Build good relationships with site managers and flag opportunities for filters, consumables and service plans

About you We’ll consider two kinds of applicant:

- An experienced commercial coffee technician who can hit the ground running, or




- A tradesperson or appliance technician (electrical, refrigeration, vending, appliance service) with strong fault-finding skills who wants to specialise. We’ll train you on the Evoca and Franke platforms.

Either way, you’ll need:
- Solid fault-finding across electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- A full driver licence and a clean driving record
- A calm, friendly manner with customers. A café owner with a dead machine is having a bad morning, and you fix that.
- The ability to plan your own day and work unsupervised

Nice to have: restricted electrical licence or test-and-tag ticket, barista experience, prior work on Evoca, Franke or similar brands.
