About Wiingy AIWiingy AI supplies training data and evaluation services to AI labs and robotics companies. One of our programs is an app that pays contributors to record first-person video of their everyday household chores, such as cooking, washing dishes, folding laundry and tidying up. Robotics companies use this footage to teach robots how people handle objects and complete tasks at home.

Contributors record on their own phone, worn on a head mount, while they do chores they would do anyway. They choose when and how much to record. Audio is switched off

About the Collection Partner role

Collection Partners are our local representatives. You help people in your community join the app, set up correctly and record footage that passes our quality review. You are paid a share of the value of accepted footage from the contributors you bring in.

This is an independent contract. You decide your own hours and how you find contributorsThere are no shifts, targets or minimum commitments.

What you will doBring new contributors to the capture app/s

- Introduce the capture app/s to people in your local networks, such as friends, neighbours, community groups, parents’ groups, sports clubs and university networks.
- Share referral links, so contributors are mapped to the correct account and task.
- Run small information sessions or set-up meetups in your area or online if you choose to.

Help contributors get started

- Help new contributors download the app, complete their profile and sign the requisite consent forms.
- Show them how to fit the head mount and position the phone so their hands are visible.
- Walk them through a first test recording and the app’s quality checklist.

Help contributors improve

- Answer questions about recording guidelines.
- Explain common reasons footage is rejected, such as poor lighting, hands out of frame or faces visible, and how to fix them.




- Share tips from our partner updates with your contributors.

Stay in touch with our team

- Report recurring problems or questions from contributors, so we can improve the app and guidelines.
- Attend periodic optional partner calls.

How your earnings work

- You earn on accepted footage hours. This depends on how many contributors you bring in and how much of their footage is accepted (footage that passes quality review)
- You can also record as a contributor yourself and earn from your own accepted footage.
- You are not paid for sign-ups alone. Earnings depend on accepted footage.
- Earnings are not guaranteed. They depend on your contributors’ activity and the quality of their recordings.

- Referral link and a dashboard showing your contributors’ sign-ups, accepted footage and your earnings.
- Information sheets, set-up guides and short videos to share with contributors.

How the partnership works

- You are independent. You choose your hours and methods. You can work with other platforms and businesses.
- No fees. You never pay anything to join, for training or for materials.
- Contributors deal with us directly. contributors sign up, record, upload and are paid through the app. You do not pay contributors, collect money from them or set their earnings.
- You never handle footage. All recordings go directly from the contributor’s app to a secure system. Do not ask contributors to send footage to you.

- Consent comes first. Every contributor must sign consent in the app before recording begins. Children must not appear in footage.
- Your tax.



You are responsible for declaring your earnings in your Australian tax return.

What you need

- You are 18 or older, live in Australia and have the right to work in Australia.
- An Australian bank account to receive payments in AUD.
- iPhone 12 or newer
- Clear spoken and written English.
- Reliability and care in following privacy and consent rules.

Hiring process

2. Phone or video call of 20 minutes to discuss your local networks and how you would approach the role.
3. Online training of about 1 hours, covering the app, guidelines, consent and privacy.
4. Start: Sign the partner agreement, complete a short US tax form (W-8BEN), add your bank details, and receive your referral link and partner dashboard.

It is an independent contract. You run your own schedule and are paid based on accepted footage from your referred contributors.

Do I need to record videos myself?

No. You can choose to record as a contributor as well, but the partner role is about helping others join and record well.

Why do I need to fill in a US tax form?

Payments come from our US company. The W-8BEN confirms you are not a US taxpayer, so no US tax is deducted from your payments.

How much time does it take?

That is your choice. Some partners spend a few hours a week; others do more.

What happens to the footage?

It is reviewed for quality, and it is supplied to AI and robotics companies as training data under strict privacy terms.
