Collections /n About the Company /n Are you an experienced Collections professional looking to join a supportive and growing finance business? We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Credit Collections Officer to play a key role in managing customer accounts, improving payment outcomes, and building robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. /n About the Role /n Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment solutions, and helping customers return to positive payment behaviours while delivering exceptional service. /n Responsibilities /n /n
- Manage collections activities across a portfolio of customer accounts
/n
- Contact customers to secure payments and negotiate suitable payment arrangements
/n
- Respond to enquiries from customers, brokers and external stakeholders
/n
- Provide regular updates and reporting on delinquent accounts
/n
- Work closely with internal teams to rehabilitate overdue accounts
/n
- Assist with repossession, asset recovery and loss recovery processes when required
/n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities are completed in line with company policies and procedures

- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while delivering outstanding service

- Previous experience in credit collections within a bank, lender or finance company
/n /n
