About the role:

- Corporate transactions, including acting for vendors and purchasers on business and share sales, drafting sale agreements and managing completion and post-completion matters.
- Shareholder matters, including separations, access to company records and exit arrangements.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including supply agreements, terms of trade and distribution arrangements.
- Privacy, digital marketing and IP advice, including Privacy Act and Spam Act compliance, trademarks and online brand protection.
- Competition and trade practices, due diligence,



corporate governance, leasing, licensing, finance and security, and structuring advice.

The ideal candidate:

- 3+ years’ PAE in commercial and corporate law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- A client-focused, commercial approach and the ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision.
- A collaborative team player who values a balanced, down-to-earth working environment.
