Hays Trades & Labour is partnering with a range of leading commercial plumbing contractors across Melbourne who have secured ongoing work across commercial construction, mechanical services, maintenance, education, healthcare, data centres and large-scale infrastructure projects.Due to increased project demand, we are seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers for immediate starts on a variety of ongoing opportunities.

Your new role

You will be working across a mixture of:

- Commercial new build construction projects
- Mechanical plumbing installations
- HVAC pipework and plant room fit-outs
- Copper, carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe installation
- Drainage, sanitary and trade waste systems
- Maintenance and service work across commercial facilities
- Fit-off, commissioning and defect rectification
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Working alongside builders, mechanical contractors and project teams





What you'll need to succeed

- Victorian Plumbing Registration or Licence
- Commercial plumbing experience
- Overseas Plumbing Qualification
- Mechanical plumbing experience highly regarded
- White Card
- Ability to read plans and work autonomously
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
