Your New Role

Manage your own commercial property portfolio.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Oversee lease administration, property inspections and day-to-day property operations.

Assist in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Contribute to portfolio growth and client retention.

Work closely with the broader property team to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Previous experience in Commercial Property Management.

Strong working knowledge of Cirrus8 is essential.

Business development experience,



or a desire to develop this skillset.

Suitable for a junior to intermediate Property Manager looking to take ownership of their own portfolio.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive and self-motivated approach.
