Your New Role

- Manage your own commercial property portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Oversee lease administration, property inspections and day-to-day property operations.
- Assist in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Contribute to portfolio growth and client retention.
- Work closely with the broader property team to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management.
- Strong working knowledge of Cirrus8 is essential.
- Business development experience,



or a desire to develop this skillset.
- Suitable for a junior to intermediate Property Manager looking to take ownership of their own portfolio.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
