A high profile Government department is looking to engage a skilled Communications Manager will ensure effective delivery of communications and engagement approaches to support high-profile projects, managing risk around adverse/negative stakeholder responses to our work and organisation. The successful Communications Manager will secure an initial month contract until June 2027 with the view to be extended and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Communications Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Monitor and analyse the internal and external operating workplace relevant to designated curriculum projects, anticipating emerging issues and adapting communication and engagement approaches to support positive stakeholder outcomes.
- Communicate complex information and concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring key messages are accessible, understood and retained.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and engagement strategies and activities against key objectives,



using qualitative and quantitative measures.

The successful Communications Manager will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communications and engagement initiatives and strategies, including sound knowledge of media and digital technologies.
- Extensive experience in providing strategic advice in collaboration with peers to enable effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
