? About the role

You’ll provide community-based occupational therapy services across Brisbane, working with clients to support their independence, safety, function and participation in everyday life. We work across a range of funding bodies including Support at Home / CHSP, NDIS, NIISQ, DVA, and private clients.

We provide a range of OT services specific to the skills of our team, these include:

- functional capacity assessments
- home assessments
- SIL / SDA assessments
- minor home modifications
- AT prescription and application
- Aged Care assessments and equipment applications
- Driving assessments & vehicle modification recommendations

? Location: Brisbane, Queensland
