Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our community team in Darwin.

- $50-55/hr + Super

ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will support the delivery of a range of nursing services in a community aged care setting. You will work as an extension of a multidisciplinary team supporting residents’ clinical needs. We are looking for staff that share our drive and think outside the box in the way we deliver healthcare initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Relevant degree qualification




- Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Undertake clinical assessments with consideration of clients social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Current Australian driver's license
- Provide clinically appropriate Care Planning including wound management and documentation
- Medication administration and charting
- Resident personal care requirements
- Act as an advocate for clients and provide them with a premium level of care and support
