This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with autonomy, where you’ll drive performance, lead your team, and deliver a polished, premium client experience. /n /n This role is ideal for a leader with strong apparel experience and a passion for styling, fit, and elevated service within a premium retail environment. /n /n Permanent full-time | Tuesday -Saturday roster /n /n What You’ll Do /n /n

- Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors

/n

- Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment

/n

- Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance

/n

- Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives

/n

- Partner with regional,

- Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable)

- Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable)

- Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment

- Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience

- A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product
