Lulamon is seeking a motivated and detail‑driven Construction Coordinator / Estimator to join our team for an immediate start. Based in Cardiff, with projects across the surrounding region, this role sits at the heart of our residential construction operations.

About the Role

This newly created position blends construction coordination with estimating support, offering variety, ownership and genuine impact across both site and office functions.

Reporting directly to our Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting our site team throughout construction while assisting our office team during tendering and pre‑construction. You’ll help keep projects moving smoothly, schedules on track, and information flowing clearly between all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include

- Coordination and scheduling of subcontractors

- Budgeting & cost control

- Project estimation and tender support

- Maintaining and updating job schedules

- Preparing purchase orders

- Subcontractor oversight

- Safety & compliance support

About You

You’re a strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. You care deeply about quality homes, clear processes and supporting a team to deliver great outcomes.

You will bring

- Experience within the residential construction industry

- Trade qualification or tertiary construction studies (preferred but not essential)

- A solid project management background with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs

- Estimating capability or a willingness to develop this skill further

- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials and standards
- The ability to identify issues early and resolve them efficiently

- Outstanding leadership, communication and planning abilities

Salary, Incentives & Career Progression

This role offers a salary range of $85,000 – $100,000 including superannuation,



with the final figure determined by the experience, capability and value you bring to the team. Your remuneration will be reviewed following your probationary period and as part of our annual employee review process, ensuring your growth and contribution are recognised.

Performance incentives will be tied to clear, measurable operational outcomes within your control, including job completion, customer communication, operational efficiency, job close‑out, and reduction of preventable errors or reworks.
