UTUK Construction is a growing Melbourne-based construction and renovation company specialising in high-quality residential renovations, commercial refurbishments and property maintenance.

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and experienced independent sales representative to help grow our business and secure new projects across Melbourne.

About the Opportunity

This is a commission-based opportunity for an established independent sales professional who wants the flexibility to manage their own sales activities while benefiting from our construction and project delivery capabilities.

There is no fixed salary or hourly wage proposed for this independent contractor opportunity. Earnings are based on successfully secured projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and secure construction and renovation projects.
- Build relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, property managers and commercial clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Arrange site inspections and coordinate with our estimating team.
- Assist with presenting quotations and negotiating project agreements.




- Develop ongoing relationships to generate repeat business.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or business development experience.

- Existing client relationships are highly regarded.
