- Experience in underground mining projects;

experience in other underground mineral mining operations, such as gold, nickel, zinc, or other base metalsis.

- Strong technical knowledge of underground mine development, including mine access, tunnels, declines, shafts, underground infrastructure, and associated construction works.

- Extensive experience managing underground construction activities, contractors, subcontractors, project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with engineering, geology, mining operations, maintenance, HSE, and project management teams.

- Strong knowledge of underground mining methods, ground support systems, ventilation, dewatering,



and underground safety requirements.

- Proven track record in delivering underground mining construction projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications.

- Robust understanding of HSE standards, risk management, quality assurance, and applicable mining regulations.

- Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to work at a remote mining site and adapt to site-based working arrangements.
