About the role

You'll shape how KeldCo shows up online, with content that's entertaining, educational, relatable and built to perform across both organic social and paid ads. This role is for someone who sees an opportunity and runs with it, films fast, tests often and brings energy every day. You'll naturally take ownership, work well on your own, and won't need constant direction. You'll get flexibility, trust and room to run your own schedule, but initiative matters a lot.

Key responsibilities

- Create and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and new platforms
- Film short-form videos for organic social and for paid ads on Meta (vertical 9:16 first)
- Get in front of the camera and bring ideas to life
- Find, brief and film everyday Aussies (different ages, backgrounds and lifestyles) to show the product in real life: tradies, farmers, caravanners, renters, families and more
- Write and film hooks that call people and problems out, plus objection-busting and comedy-style ads
- Work with our paid media team to spot winning creatives and remake high performers in fresh ways
- Plan content around key moments like Black Friday, EOFY, Christmas and gifting seasons
- Turn robust ideas into content that consistently performs

About you

- Full of ideas and naturally creative
- Confident on camera




- Strong understanding of social media and how the algorithms work
- Highly self-motivated and organised
- Able to work independently and manage your own time
- Fast-moving, proactive and keen to test new ideas
- Understands ads and performance content, and cares about what sells, not just what gets likes
- Comfortable filming on location (homes, sheds, farms, caravan parks, job sites)
- Current driver's licence
- Bonus: experience making ad-style or UGC videos, or proficiency with CapCut, Premiere or similar editing tools
