The Client Think well-established South West commercial builder with a strong local reputation and plenty of projects on the go. They're looking for a Contracts Administrator who's keen to learn and ready to build a long-term career in construction.

The Position

Working closely with the site managers, you'll be across everything from correspondence and permits to subcontractor pricing, progress claims and keeping clients in the loop.

Key Responsibilities

- Work hand in hand with site managers on all on-site activity and project management
- Keep project correspondence and records organised and up to date
- Sort permits and construction documentation, staying on top of statutory and contract requirements
- Chase the best prices from subcontractors, place orders and handle any issues
- Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow reports,



budgets, variations and progress claims
- Keep clients updated on progress and help resolve issues as they come up
- Follow the company's quality assurance and management systems

The Criteria

Ideally you'll bring

- A construction management or quantity surveying qualification, either completed or currently studying
- Robust communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Great time management and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and white card
