The Role As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the commercial success of projects from procurement through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading subcontractor and supplier procurement, negotiation, and engagement
- Administering subcontracts including scope management, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Reviewing and interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
- Managing project budgets,



cost tracking, and forecasting
- Preparing and delivering accurate month-end cost reports
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
- Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and clients to drive project outcomes
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and key stakeholders

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commerce, or similar
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
