About the Role Reporting to the General Manager WA, you will be responsible for transforming our relationship with RTIO from supplier to strategic partner.

You will lead contract delivery across multiple functions while ensuring robust governance, commercial performance and outstanding client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

- Act as the primary interface between Elastomers and RTIO
- Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Lead contract governance, reviews and performance discussions
- Manage escalations and ensure effective issue resolution
- Identify and develop growth opportunities across RTIO operations

Commercial & Contract Management

- Own the end-to-end performance of the contract




- Ensure contractual obligations are achieved
- Drive commercial outcomes and contract profitability
- Monitor risks and implement improvement initiatives
- Protect and enhance the value of the agreement

Leadership & Culture

- Lead and align cross-functional teams
- Establish clear accountability and performance expectations
- Coach, mentor and develop employees
- Drive a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Standardise ways of working and strengthen governance

Safety & Operational Excellence

- Champion a strong safety-first culture
- Ensure compliance with company and client requirements
- Participate in site visits, audits and investigations
- Drive operational consistency and performance across all activities

About You We're looking for a confident and influential leader who enjoys building relationships and creating commercial value.

Ideally, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in contract management, operations management, business development or a similar leadership role
- Previous experience within mining, minerals processing, resources or industrial services
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Experience managing high-value client relationships
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- A focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
