We are seeking a contractor based in Wollongong with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the NSW occupational rehabilitation sector to join our growing team.

As an Injury Strategist/Rehabilitation Consultant, you won’t simply manage “cases”; you’ll be the bridge between a life‑altering injury and a successful return to pre‑injury function.

We are a dynamic and expanding organisation looking for passionate, accredited allied health professionals who want to make a genuine impact. You will support individuals recovering from injury, help them navigate complex systems, and empower them to return to meaningful activities and employment.

You will manage diverse portfolios across multiple schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP, Comcare, Life Insurance, and NDIS, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities may include performance management or compliance audits depending on experience.

Essential Criteria





- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the NSW occupational rehabilitation sector
- Degree in Allied Health with eligibility for professional membership
- Strong understanding of injury management, rehabilitation processes, and psychosocial factors influencing recovery
- Highly organised, self‑driven “to‑do” mentality
- Industry experience highly regarded
- Multilingual skills desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver injury management services across multiple jurisdictions (CTP, WorkCover, Comcare, Life Insurance)
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop tailored injury management plans
- Liaise effectively with insurers, employers, unions, and treating professionals
- Prepare high‑quality reports with clear clinical recommendations
- Monitor and review recovery plans to ensure optimal client outcomes
