The Role – Intermediate/Senior Contract Administrators

Blackwatch Projects is seeking talented Intermediate and Senior Contracts Administrators to join our growing team at Hamilton Northshore, with four stages and 5+ years of project work ahead. Take ownership of major residential developments, work alongside experienced construction professionals and build your career with a business focused on quality delivery and long-term growth.

A little about the role:

- Manage subcontract procurement, letting and commercial negotiations
- Drive cost control, variations and extensions of time
- Oversee client and subcontractor progress claims and final accounts
- Support project delivery and robust commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For





- Proven Contracts Administration Experience in residential construction, ideally mid-rise or projects valued at $50M+
- Construction Management qualifications highly regarded (i.e., Bachelors or higher in Construction Management, Law (Contractual Law Specialisation), etc.)
- Experience with Procore, ProcurePro, Jobpac or similar systems
- Commercially minded, strong communicators, detail-oriented people looking to grow with a business
