Bracegirdle's is looking for an experienced Cook / Assistant Cook to join our café kitchen team. You'll help deliver consistently great food in a busy breakfast and lunch setting. We're looking for someone who is confident in the kitchen, works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Food preparation and cooking
- Plating and presentation
- Maintaining a clean, well organised kitchen
- Following food safety and hygiene requirements
- Assisting with stock preparation and kitchen organisation
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
- Front of house confidence an advantage

- Experienced in a busy café, breakfast or brunch kitchen
- Reliable, hardworking and organised
- Confident working independently when required
- A genuine team player
- Passionate about producing great food and maintaining high standards
