About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in Busselton, Western Australia. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality meals that enhance our guests' dining experience. Your culinary skills and passion for food will contribute to our reputation in the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and dietary requirements

- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients

- Follow recipes and portion controls for consistency

- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas





- Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions

- Support a positive, values-driven team culture

About you

- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Passion for cooking and a creative approach to food preparation

- Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a busy kitchen
