We offer sophisticated casual dining with a European influence, 7 days per week for breakfast and lunch. Dinner service on Friday and Saturday nights.
The position
We're looking for a chef to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Being able to produce the highest quality of food at all times
- A hands-on approach work ethic, eye for detail and a can-do attitude
- Be able to multitask with an ability to manage competing demands and work well under pressure - time management is essential
- Competency in managing and running a smooth and organised service
- Compliance with the Food Act and Food Safety Standards
- Maintain an effective communication channel between yourself and the front of house team
- Be honest and reliable with a positive and enthusiastic approach to service excellence
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
