About the role

Butcher and Vine Hampton is seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team on a part time basis!

We are looking for a friendly cook who can deliver under time constraints

Looking for someone to work 2-3 nights per week from 5-10pm.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking dishes
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workstations
- Following food preparation procedures to ensure consistency in quality and presentation across all dishes
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and head chef to ensure timely and accurate meal service during service periods

What we're looking for

- Experience working as a Cook in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or cafe setting
- Strong understanding of food safety practices, hygiene standards and cross-contamination prevention
- Proficiency in using standard kitchen equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods whilst maintaining quality standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to take direction from senior kitchen staff
