As a Cook, you'll work alongside talented culinary professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment where every shift is an opportunity to learn. From food preparation and cooking techniques to service execution and food safety standards, you'll gain valuable experience that will help prepare you for future chef opportunities at Crown.

What you'll be doing

- Learn and apply professional cooking techniques while preparing high-quality menu items
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service preparation
- Develop your skills in food presentation, portion control, and quality standards
- Maintain stock, mise en place, and kitchen equipment to support efficient service
- Follow HACCP food safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house teams to create exceptional guest experiences




- Gain exposure to high-volume, professional kitchen environments while building confidence and capability in your craft

About you
- Studying or recently completed a qualification in Commercial Cookery
- Passionate about food and eager to learn from experienced chefs
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to develop new skills
- Able to work well in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards
- Strong communication skills and a team-first approach
- Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
