Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

· preparing and cooking food

· monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

· discussing food preparation issues with Managers and wait staff

· explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

· freeze and preserve foods
