We're seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen staff(1) to join our growing kitchen team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute high-volume wok fry with precision and consistency
- Prepare dishes to order during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of wok station
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with basic prep work and mise en place
- Contribute to menu development and kitchen improvements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ✓ Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
✓ Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
✓ Physical stamina to work long shifts in a hot kitchen environment
✓ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✓ Team player with positive attitude and solid work ethic
DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Experience with Thai cuisine or Asian cooking styles
- Experience working in high-volume restaurants
