Via Fratelli is traditional Italian restaurant known for our authentic Romana style woodfired pizza, pasta and warm atmosphere among the locals. We are looking for passionate and reliable cook on a full time basis to join our team and help us deliver exceptional dining experience. Salary on offer is $75000-$80000 plus super depending on the experience.

As a cook at Via Fratelli, you will be responsible for preparing high quality Italian dishes according to our recipes and standards. you will work closely with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure every dish reflect our dedication.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items including pasta, sauces, meats, pizzas, and desserts
- Seasoning food during cooking;
- Portioning food, placing it on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes;




- storing food in temperature-controlled facilities;
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements;
- Cleaning and following health and safety procedures

- have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 1-2 years)
- Have relevant qualifications or skills
