About the role

We are seeking Cooks and Barista All-rounders to join the dynamic team at Mano Wraps, with opportunities available at our Busselton and Dunsborough locations in Western Australia. This can be a full-time or casual position offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with a dynamic and exciting working environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in multitasking environments and are passionate about delivering quality food and coffee experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Cooks :

- Prepare, cook and serve our signature wrap items, their fillings, sauces, and other food offerings in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with daily food preparation, ensuring ingredients are prepared, portioned, and stocked for service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, and portion control across all menu items.
- Keeping the kitchen and serving areas clean and well-organised throughout your shift
- Support stock ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are available while minimising waste.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Support the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff where required.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen operations as directed by management.

Barista / All rounder :

- Preparing high-quality coffee, and specialty beverages in line with Mano Wraps standards while providing friendly customer service.
- Preparing, wrapping and serving food items,



including wraps, crepes, and other menu offerings as required.
- Processing customer orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and food-safe work environment
- Restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including stock checks, cleaning tasks, and cash reconciliation where required.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver efficient service and a positive customer experience.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment and cafes
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak service times
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality food presentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different tasks throughout the shift
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Current food handling certification or willingness to obtain one
