Coordinator – Supported Independent Living at Corvey Rd, Reservoir

About the role:

- Employment Type: Full Time Permanent
- Work location: On-site in Reservoir

About You:

- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health and/or Behaviours of Concern are essential to successfully supporting the customers who live in this home
- Demonstrated confidence and resilience in working with people with complex needs
- Be an advocate for the people we support, families/carers and other key stakeholders through establishing rapport and understanding
- Strong communication and leadership skills to deliver guidance to a team of passionate Disability Support Workers
- Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement to support the purpose and vision that are significant to the successful operation of Scope's values
- Previous experience in leadership/management within the disability sector is required
- Previous training and experience using BiPAP machine highly advantageous
