Atom Resources is working with a growing commercial and cost consultancy that is experiencing significant growth across the NSW market and is looking to add an experienced MEP Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to the team.

The role would suit someone with a robust consultancy background and a track record delivering major projects across sectors such as data centres, health, commercial or other complex developments.

The client is particularly interested in individuals with:

- 10+ years Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience
- MEP cost planning and cost management capability
- Consultancy experience (ideally)
- Major project exposure, ideally within data centres or health
- Client-facing experience and the ability to operate autonomously
