CMOS is seeking a reliable and experienced Cover Cleaner Specialist to join our Sydney operations team.

Please note: this role requires your own reliable vehicle and a current Australian Driver's Licence. You'll be travelling between multiple commercial sites across Sydney, so having your own car is essential.

This is not a standard cleaning position. You'll have your own regular scheduled sites, and you'll also be one of the trusted professionals we call on to keep our other sites running smoothly when team members are away.

Must Have (Non-negotiable)

✔ Own car + driver's licence

✔ At least 1 year of cleaning experience

✔ Clean criminal record

✔ Reliable, detail-focused, self-managed

About the Role – Commercial Cover Cleaner

- Approximately 30 hours per week of scheduled cleaning across your regular commercial sites
- Approximately 8 hours per week of cover cleaning when staff are unavailable
- Working across multiple commercial sites in Sydney
- Maintaining high commercial cleaning standards at every location
- A flexible week, with some days much quieter than others
