What You'll Be Doing

- Support the Credit Assessment team by reviewing and validating supporting documentation.
- Manage new credit applications, valuations and data entry across multiple systems.
- Verify income, financial information and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with brokers, customers and third-party providers to obtain required information.
- Identify inconsistencies and help ensure applications meet company policies and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep deals progressing efficiently.




- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the application and assessment process.
- Help maintain assessment turnaround times by ensuring information is accurate, complete and actioned promptly.

About You

You’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving. With at least two years’ experience in administration or a similar support role, you’re confident reviewing documentation, managing competing priorities and working across different systems. You communicate clearly, build solid relationships and bring a customer-focused, team-oriented approach. An interest in mortgages, lending or credit assessment would be a bonus.
