- Permanent full time position available
- 38 hours per week
- 9 day fortnight including RDO
About the role
As a Crew Member, you will work as part of a supportive team to safely operate trucks and plant while maintaining roads, drainage and other significant community assets. You will undertake a variety of hands-on civil construction and maintenance activities, including general labouring, traffic control, concreting, pipe laying, vegetation maintenance and erosion control. This practical role is ideal for a safety-focused and adaptable team player who takes pride in delivering quality services and creating value for the Central Coast community.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
Applicant Profile To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current MR Driver's Licence
- Current RMS Traffic Controller Certificate (Blue Card)
- Current RMS Traffic Control Implementation (Yellow Card)
- Current Construction General Induction card - WorkSafe or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience operating trucks and a range of large and small plant in civil works, including the repair and maintenance of roads and related infrastructure. Experienced in implementing erosion and sediment controls and using maintenance management systems such as REFLECT.
Offer Details The commencing salary for this position is up to $66,062.40. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $76,543.23 on completion of assessment of skills and/ or performance plus 12% superannuation
- We have a permanent full time role available
- This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
- This role is located at the Erina Depot.
