The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a lawyer with around 5+ years' PAE to move in-house and work on a diverse range of prosecution, investigation and advisory matters.

Joining a well-established organisation, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage interesting and complex legal matters, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This role offers genuine variety, autonomy and the opportunity to develop your career beyond private practice.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing prosecution and litigation matters
- Providing legal advice across a range of operational issues
- Assisting with investigations and enforcement activities
- Preparing legal documents and briefs
- Liaising with external counsel and key stakeholders
- Supporting compliance, governance and risk management initiatives
- Working closely with senior leadership on strategic matters

What we are looking for:

- Admitted legal practitioner with approximately 5+ years' PAE
- Criminal law, litigation or prosecution experience




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and case management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Keen to transition into a challenging and rewarding in-house role
