Team ⭐ /n /n Carlile Swim is growing our Customer Care Team as we expand our national support for families across our swim schools. /n We’re looking for friendly, confident communicators who genuinely enjoy helping people and creating great customer experiences. /n /n Based primarily at our Cromer location, with opportunities to also work from Lane Cove West, you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team helping families with bookings, lesson enquiries and general support throughout their swimming journey. /n /n The Opportunity: /n As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll be one of the friendly voices behind Carlile Swim, supporting families across our national network by phone and email. /n You’ll listen, problem solve, provide clear information and help make things easy for our families. /n Our Customer Care Team operates seven days a week, with casual shifts available across weekdays, evenings and weekends. Evening and weekend availability is highly desirable. /n What you’ll do: /n Support families with bookings, enquiries and general account assistance /n Provide friendly and helpful service by phone and email /n Listen to families and help find practical solutions /n Build your knowledge of Carlile Swim programs, services and systems /n Work collaboratively with our swim school teams across Australia /n Help create a positive experience at every interaction /n Maintain accurate customer information and follow up where required /n /n About You: /n You don’t need to come from the swimming industry. We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and communicate with warmth and confidence. /n You’ll be someone who:
